Resetting Printers

Problem usually shows itself as a document in the queue that will NOT go away or print!!

There should be an icon on the Server desktop titled "Fix Printers" (you will need to log on to the server as administrator), if so simply double click it. You may be asked if you want to stop additional services, with a yes/no response; please answer yes. if the icon doesn't exist you will need to do it manually, Start - programs - Administrative Tools - Computer Management - Services and Applications - Services and scroll down to "Print Spooler" right click and select "Stop", when it's stopped right click and select "Start". Please be aware that ALL print jobs in ALL queues will be erased.

I am trying to install the "Fix Printers" icon on all desktops as I go around, unfortunately I tend to get side tracked as you know!!
