Recovery from loss of Network (Radio or Otherwise)

It's possible in a number of scenarios, such as :

Server Down
Network Cable unplugged
Radio disrupted (WAP unplugged from network, radio button pressed on laptops etc.)

that you will lose contact with the server. This is easy to determine as the desktop icons are pulled, primarily, from the server and you will generally be left with just three or four on your desktop.

The solution is quite simple. Minimise any applications you have running and left click anywhere on the desktop,now press the "F5" key on the top row of your keyboard. This is the "refresh" key and will, in most cases, re-establish communication with the server assuming any connection faults have been rectified. Generally any applications you had open will now be able to save.
